That's true, 90-0 is too much. It is a pole though, not a wall. There could've been some deflecting device or something. I haven't watched the video, and some things are just unavoidable.

I believe a wall would have enabled him to slide to a stop instead of a sudden halt. That area is suspiciously dangerous looking. I smell a conspiracy.

thats really sad. I think the luge course should be a big tube, and then glass on the top so they can film it, that way things like this wouldnt happen. If it saves even one life, its worth it.
