    HELP: realoem.com performing poorly

In the last few months realOEM got really really slow on my PC. 20 second blank screens betwen page loads. All I can see are ads. I was wondering if that's something everyone experienced or what?

I am running the latest Firefox, but have same problem in IE and Chrome. None of the other sites have this problem. It seems to be getting stuck on google.ads is there a way I can turn that off?

Maximillian Importing Company catalog works flawlessly.

    Help would be greatly appreciated.

Works fine for me. I have an antiquated computer as well. There is some latency because the pages are loaded down with ads, but it's not more than a 2 second loading time.

it took a while to get my flashblocking add-on for firefox to play nice with realoem, but i usually just use bmwfans.info, anyone else use that?

I only use that shit son... Much easier to find parts, and its closer to what the dealer see's.

As far as the OP, run Ccleaner or something (www.ccleaner.com) and clear out your temp files. Do you have anti virus installed? I know google ad's were having issues with major anti virus's recently with some new code implementation, but I would start there. Just because, run Malware Bytes. (www.malwarebytes.org). All above tools are free. I use them at an enterprise level regularly.

run CC and MWB on fairly regular basis, neither helped.

If you select "325e" on realoem, it intentionally goes really slow so you don't get freaked out. That might be it.

Those are garbage. Use Super Anti Spyware. MUCH better than those two.

updated/repaired Winsock. Fixed the issue right up and made some other sites that were fast, even faster.
