    Maybe you're missing something.
Yea I'm missing your previous post in this thread where you're making a point.

Someone mentioned using Operamini so I gave it a try. It wasnt in response to the op.
Ma che cazzo state dicendo? :|

              no,

there are NO KNOWN virus for android based OS.

and there has only been 1 know. attack on the I phone (much larger market share = bigger target), so really your assumption is 1: dead wrong and 2: based on conjecture with NO FACTS to support it.

You can view YouTube via the built in BB Browser, but you can't do Flash.

only fact I needed was the BS release form I would have had to sign to get a contract on a Droid from VZW that specifically stated they are not responsible for any viruses I get from web surfing or downloading apps. Then the fact that you are "strongly recommended" by Motorola to download a anti-virus onto the phone before you do anything with it. That was enough for me to get a BB and never have to worry about BS like that.

here is a question, why DL a AV app, when there is no Virus to look for. SO really whats the point it just uses up memory and processor resources for something that is worthless.

You got fed a line, yeah I had to do the if I get a virus VZN not responsible, Well NO SHIT, I would not expect them to be. But not the thing about Moto, recommending it

All I'm saying is if VZW and Moto are already admitting that the Droid platform is susceptible to viruses why would I want to deal with the headache? There may not be any out there yet, but there will be if there is already a known weakness in the OS, which there must be if you had to sign that waiver. I spent plenty of time playing with both the Droid and BBS2 platforms and TBH they both do the exact same things, but the BB has no virus weakness, at least not enough to require a waiver.

Android and iPhone will always be far more susceptible, no matter how secure they claim it is. Its built off of a free software, with access to API.

Blackberry on the other hand, its security is its strongest point, and its weakest at the same time. App consideration is minimal compared, RIM doesnt wanna hand out the source code to every mom and pop coding company just to build a million app data store. Sucks, but I can live with it!
And that vBulletin app has been around for a while. Its neat, but I can view R3V just fine? It looks exactly how Firefox looks for the most part. Im not even running OS5, I'm on a bone stock up-to-date OS4.7.xxx build with OEM browser.
