So have you done the program or not?

Personally, I would rather work out at home and not have to deal with driving to the gym, especially during shitty weather and then having to deal with all the meatheads who yell and drop their weights and other idiots at the gym (Like the 160 lb. guys who wear muscle shirts and walk with their arms out by their sides, like they have super huge lats or something. ) and to also have a structured program that gets progressively harder.

That's what I used and they worked ok, but free weights are much better. I went the cheap route though. lol

Hey, I was one of those meatheads... :( haha

Seriously, I trained for powerlifting events for a while. In this time I built decent size but none of it was defined. Also I didn't keep my cardio up at this time. I stopped training for a couple reasons, but mostly didn't have time anymore.

Anyhow, I hadn't worked out in about 2 months or so when I stated this 10 days ago. So far it has been every bit as intense as it says it is. Plyo x has been the worst so far, and I hear the hardest overall.

It seems to be a good workout if you are looking for definition over size, which is perfect for me already having decent size from powerlifting.

As far as results go, I'm not sure yet. I'll be able to tell you in 80 days. :)

I did it, it hurts, I didn't throw up though. I didn't know you can get sore from doing push ups and pull ups like that.
If you don't care about being sooper swole, do p90x. If you wanna get sooper swole rambo cut huge, do whatever MikeK does!
