Honestly, I find threads like this just as annoying and pointless as you probably find people's status updates on Facebook.
I don't have 1200 friends on FB, maybe just over 100. 97% of them are people I know personally, and while sometimes, I don't really care to hear what they're complaining about, I mostly do like to read what's going on in my friends/family's lives. That's why I have it.Comment

I find it amazing that people take time to stop and write that they just did whatever the f they just did. Some things are best kept for yourself. It's a good way to keep up with people so that when you awkwardly run into them you have something to chat about until a sufficient amount of time has passed. Then you both go about your day...
