I'm going there over spring break! What are the good nightclubs?
What are the good restaurants? I'm on a limited budget, but I like to have fun, and I can afford up to a $25/plate restaurant.

You could probably afford most places. We do have upscale restaurants that range more than 25/plate but they're pretty well hidden.

You MUST try Schwartz's on boul. St-Laurent, if you like smoked meat!
and no...it's not pastrami. Just try it and take my word for it.

Go to Mburger on Drummond, for incredible "gourmet" hamburgers.
It's currently my fav. restaurant because they have great sides and you can dress your burger however you want.

Nightclubs are all found on boul. St-Laurent.
Don't bother going to the ones on Crescent st., unless you want jailbait.. And no, you won't get laid.

What do you look for in a club?
Laid-back lounge atmosphere where you can carry a conversation?
or everyone's drunk and dancing to house music/hiphop?

I like a lounge-like setting. But....the girls I'm going with are going to want to dance. Is there a place that has both, perchance.
