They have something like that in Mount Airy, NC. They hang out in the walmart parking lot every night reving their engines and shit. They are called the Octane Knights http://www.myspace.com/octaneknights
My brother said one of them followed him to a gas station one day and started asking him questions. They honestly said, "That a BMW? I didn't know you could modify BMWs!" and then preceded to pop their hood and show my brother their painted valve cover and cone air filter.

Something kinda funny. There is a car gang that likes to parade around where I live (Marin County). Anybody who lives in marin I am sure has seen the Elite boyz cars. I find it extremely funny they run around in their riced out late 1990's VW jettas blasting music and acting like they run the town. And they have stickers on their windscreens that say in bold letters ELITE BOYZ which I find so funny and also disgusting at the same time. Sometimes they will have public meetings where they sit and talk about elite things I guess.

Just wondering if anybody has opinions, lol
