South Korea is for the win (but only in figure skating?)

All right admit it. Your girlfriend forced you to watch the ladies' figure skating long program last night. z31maniac probably fried up a few peanut butter and pork sandwiches and parked his ass in front of the TV on his own accord, but who here watched any part of it?

I'm pretty sure MikeK did. He once told me he too had dreams of winning figure skating gold for South Korea, but was determined to be more flaming than a Delmonico steak marinated in Ronsonol, and not a good representative of the sport. Crotch cutouts I guess are banned?

No longer stock ride height, rolling as low as a daily driver in New England should without worrying about breaking an oil pan.

My girlfriend made me watch it. To be honest, I thought the judging was pretty weak. The two Americans did quite well, but got lower scores than I think they deserved.

There was no doubt the Korean girl was the best, and if you looked closely you could see the Korean sniper in the crowd lower his gun after he saw she was obviously going to win gold.

The Japanese girl, however, was distant and basically just going through the motions, and she made a couple mistakes, definitely not silver material.

The Canadian girl was good, but I think the medal was a gimme because of that whole thing with her mom. Poor girl.

I decided to do my own commentating, since the announcers last night were terrible.

It was a weak topic overall. Win some, lose some? :???:

As if watching chicks skate on ice is gay?
Yeah I watched it. And my wife didn't make me.
And yes the scores for the Americans were too low but it didn't end up making any difference because the Korean and Japanese girls were that much better.
