    Earthquake in Chili shifted Earth's axis

    It also shortened the day and raised the elevation of Santa Maria Island. Pretty fucking amazing.

      I guess it's not much to stress about, if this type of thing has happened time and time again, and the earth is accustomed to it throughout the eons. I think there would be some sort of planetary balance system.
