Home Brewers?

I don't brew at home but I routinely bring home swing type beer bottle from Germany like Grolsch comes in.

Home brewers like these bottles, home much do they cost if you buy them for your inventory? I normally recycle them at local place but they give me .40 a bottle.

I was thinking of tossing them on craigslist for 2.00 a piece and give the buyer the plastic cases that holds 16 bottles. Is that a fair price?

Sounds fair, just say like 30 bucks for them all. I'm sure you'll get some bites.

Check Northernbrewer. Catalog is around here somewhere. I use just normal brown bottles that don't twist off.

Some dick is going to offer $1 on your $2 bottles so do it that way.

The way I look at it is i paid 7 bucks for deposit on them in Germany and instead of tossing them, wash them in dishwasher and flip em as I don't carry empty 3200 miles for pocketchange.

Even at a buck I make money so it's not too big a deal. I was just trying to figure a fair asking price since the plastic case comes with them.

I paid 1.00 a bottle for 12oz brown bottles. I don't bottle anymore, I use 5 gal keg's. But that sound like a fair price to list on crigslist.

They already have beer mojo, and still are cheaper than new.

Your on the wrong coast, if you were local sure I'd give them for deposit to R3V guys.

Sold all of them I had! Sweet. 3 racks of them and the guy didn't bat an eye over the price. Said he would take more when I bring some more back from Germany.
