Dog Day Afternoon is a good one,
Lola Rennt/Run Lola Run is good too but I don't know if you would consider that a heist film or not.

I LOVE heist films. My favorite kind of action film, along with spy/espionage types (ie; Bourne).

What are some good "heist" movies?
