    A 20-year-old 318i competes in the WRC...

    And get gets THIRD PLACE!

Professional motorsport is a cold, hard place. If you want to run with the big dogs, you can't just build a car in your mom's garage and show up, right? Wrong. One guy did just that. Here's his amazing story.

Hey. Great story. I know Bill well, too. He was supposed to do Targa Newfoundland eightteen months ago but stuffed the car the day before leaving Chicago... Bad luck.

Awesome...every rally enthusiasts dream. To be in their old-ass beater E30, tearing ass through the dirt against what seems like unbeatable odds.

Targa Newfoundland was won three years in a row by Roy Hopkin's and Adrienne Hughe's 1969 BMW 2002... So, basically, picking the right car, right team and right class are quite important.

                          First time I've seen this.

All I can say is that's one BAMF. Hope to run into him when I get back to Chicago!
