i rent a fairly large 2br 2bth row home off south street in philadelphia. total rent is 1300 plus utilities and it's split down the middle between my twin brother and I. We also rent a vacant lot (owned by my landlord) directly across the street to park our cars in for an additional 75 a month.

this is why i live at home still and just help my mom pay her $1400 mort. on her 1200sqft 3bed 1.5bath house in the valley. but i also pay my own bills and put 1200/mnth into stocks to earn towards paying off her house.
