    iracing anyone?

wondering if any one does iracing. my boss is really into it. i wana do it but idk if i can with my laptop. i would use just a regular controller and use my tv as the screen. i've only got an inspiron mini. my boss has an old computer and i just turned all of the textures down and it works good.

iRacing is the leading online racing simulation. In the fast-paced world of eSports, iRacing is a one-stop shop for sim racing.

I just got it. It is boobies. Supposedly, you cannot play without a steering wheel. Frankly, I don't think you could play very well without one.

I've been meaning to try it out. I hear it's great.

If it doesn't have a 3D card or if the processor is a bit wimpy, forget it. iRacing won't work worth a shit when racing online. You need a good connection too, of course. It's also subscription, $14 per month.

I've used LFS for years. It's still has the best physics out there, in my opinion. I'm racing in the League of the Americas right now. www.lfs-LOTA.net. Fun stuff.

The tracks in iRacing are second to none, but the way they nickel-and-dime you for everything has kept me away.

I just got it tonight, still going through all of the setup stuff. I cant wait to try it. I have live for speed but was kind of unimpressed, and I'm tired of waiting for GT5

LFS FTW! Haven't played in forever though, I don't have a place to set up my wheel.

iracing seems cool, but they should really have a free demo or something. Not super keen on paying for something iffy that I've never played.
