I had this for dinner tonight with bacon, and jd bbq sauce on top. They weren't lying when they made that title.

Bacon in pic appears to be way too crispy. But the over easy eggs appear to have been cooked properly in the left over bacon grease.

That said I have 2 lbs of real Hickory smoked thick cut bacon from a local meat market in the fridge for breakfast tomorrow. It is the best
