If I had to deal with the knuckle dragging mouth breathers whilst being banned from the tap, I would have to resort to huffing freon.

Every day I wake up we drink a lot of coffee and watch the CNN
Every day I wake up to a bowl of clover honey and let the locusts fly in.
    Lobsterbacks attack the town again
Wrap all my things in aluminum
Beams of darkness streak across the sky
Pink rays from the ancient satellite
Every time I look out my window same three dogs looking back at me.
Every time I open my windows cranes fly in to terrorize me.

Carlsberg's truck drivers joined the strike in sympathy — even though they are exempt from the new rules, Bekke said. The truck drivers are permitted to bring three beers from the canteen because they often don't have time to have lunch there.

Arent you allowed to have A beer or A drink when you go out for dinner and still drive home?????

yes while I agree the above is kinda odd, and not in the best interest of a driving JOB. I can see where it can be with in the law "technically"

Is this a late April Fools joke? I can't imagine a workplace like that.

Their job is transporting goods, they stop for a break and it's not one but three beers. Big difference.

When my dad worked as a mechanic for Pontiac in the 60-70's, the dealership he worked for kept a fridge stocked with beer just for them. They even went as far as to ask everyone what kind of beer they wanted.

being a bartender in a brewery has its benefits. I get to do as much "quality control" as I need and with beers that are 7.5%abv and 8.5%abv it really doesn't take much.

Back when I was in the USAF ( late 80s ) we were allowed two beers at lunch, then we went back to work on aircraft ( C-5 and C-141 ).
