Open a email up to your self
then copy and paste each text to that email, Long press and select the copy txt thing that you found.
also you can do the same with the pics under long press "copy attachment" I think. all in order as they happened to that email. Then send it to your self, and do what you must from your PC to post here. As far as the pics go you can save them over to your SD card or phone it self then just delete when done

What sleeves said will work as well, I was looking for an app way around it, but I don't even feel like exploring how to work the two apps that will back it up with. Do it manually as sleeves said...this will be great.
