The attraction is that they are driving shoes (except the dogboots). Thin soles and very narrow heels that provide great feel & articulation in the pedal box. (wait....this IS sounding like a woman's shoe description) Regardless, I have a pair of Adidas Monacos that I picked up dirt-cheap at the local outlet.
Glad to see people actually enjoy these. They kind of loose their flair and I always laughed at the people that bought the ferrari collab. line. Just kind of funny, seeing as 95% chance those fuckers don't own a ferrari. I can't complain, I got my quota filled from them buying their whole ferrari tracksuits ;)

I have two pairs of speedcats. Other than them wearing out so fast, they are a nice, comfortable shoe for driving. I don't like walking long distances in them, though.
They certainly look cool and are unique. Not many people in Raleigh have them.
Me: "I can't wait to redline my car!"
Mark: "Didn't you just break a rocker arm?"
Me: "Yeah, I don't think I've learned my lesson."
Mark: "You never will."

Puma doesn't sell them because Ferrari is a car company, they sell them because Ferrari is a race team. The same reason they sell Red Bull Racing Puma 2.9's.
