    I thought my imac got bogged down by just about everything. I've never had a problem with Luke's sig though. Even 100 of them^

        honestly that effect my computer less then lukes actual sig and avatar. and yes this is my problem and not lukes

                    This is a problem with webkit-based browsers, i.e. Safari and Chrome on OSX. I haven't seen it happen with Firefox yet.

                      I used to have the same issue on my macbook while running Safari. I updated a few months back and it's been fine ever since. When's the last time you checked for updates?

                        works just as fast on firefox, and i have a 5 year old p4 with 1 gig ram

                                okay, just downloaded the latest Safari update. No change, still totally fucked, still our problem.

                                Edit: fired up Firefox, no issues whatsoever. Thanks jrobie79.
