I wish I had three phase power, heat, and a heavy duty air compressor.

Thinking about rewiring a genset so I can tap three phase power out of it.

Shit I forgot a lift. I would love a lift.

Sand blasting cabinet. So much quicker/nicer to clean parts. An over for powder coating would be nice as well. I'd probably have both though if I had more room. Single car garage FTL.

I have a garage that I can fit up to 4 cars in. So I have plenty of space. Wish I had a lift, a sandblast cabinet, and a bigger parts washer. I also wish I had bought a larger compressor.

I don't necessarily need 220 but a 25 amp plug would suffice. An extra 2 feet in depth would be nice.

A single door vs double doors so I can fit my car in the middle of the garage vs the two bays.

Air compressor, lift, epoxied/treated floors, higher ceiling, wall mounted speakers instead of my PA set up, and.. well everything possible.

3-car w/lift, mill, lathe, sand/beadblasting cabinet, parts washer, compressor w/ intake silencer, computer/stereo system, 50" LED TV, bathroom, utility sink, big tool cabinet, etc....

I could go on for years.
