i also have been hearing alot about multivitamins. its probably a good thing to take anyways so i'm going to get some.

The real issue is that as soon as you get off of creatine, NO, and all that other shit, you'll drop 90% + of what you gained. Its just a bunch of water in your muscles. And obviously the caffeine helps you lift more.
If you don't eat breakfast at all, you're not doing yourself any favors.Flickr

I take the NO-Xplode stuff. First time I tried it was AMAZING, I had fuck-tons of energy and was in just a great mood all day, lasted nearly 12 hours. I was like holy fuck, this stuff is awesome. Took it again 2 days later and nothing. I get a little energy bump from it that helps me push out a few more reps towards the end of my workout, but it could be placebo for all I know.Comment
