The absolute best sounding format that works in everything is .WMA, in 192K.

KILLS MP3 at 320, easily, and works flawlessly.

Lots of other codecs work better, but play in damn near nothing.

Anybody know of a program that will scan your library, get rid of duplicate songs and fix fucked up titles like when the artist song and album are all in one sentence?

I have so many fucked up titles on my computer and it takes forever to go through it all.

Does Winamp have cover flow? That's pretty much the only reason I use itunes.
