Okay so I'm driving home tonight from this chicks house and it's 1 am doing the speed limit etc. I'm not drunk or anything just on my way home driving down a fairly large street and I come up on this dark intersection with no streetlights around it.

I can see from about a half a block the light is green and isn't going to change, and out of the shadows in the middle of the street I catch a glimpse of this kid crossing.

No big deal really but the fucking retard is texting on his phone as he walks across the street and doesn't even bother to look up as I have to slow down to not hit him. It's the second time in a week some retard has crossed the street in front of me while texting too.

If it had been a drunk driver they could easily have hit this stunned waffleswaffleswaffleswaffles. This is the kind of shit that belongs on the darwin awards

I don't know I just felt the need to rant about something small and inconsequential tonight.

Get used to it. Carter was president when I got out - no cell phones, no PCs, TVs had dials you turned for changing the channel - some of my high school friends still don't own a PC or cell phone and have no desire to change.

And, no, I do not know if they regularly tell the neighborhood kids to get off their lawn...

on another note, i once saw a ricer in an e30 rev-match a downshift from 2nd into reverse. it was priceless.
