I read some stuff on other forums about that same clip. Basically, the black truck has some type of supercharged Viper motor under the hood, and its owner has a diploma in douchebaggery. So, somebody had to teach him a lesson. After the stint, the owner of the black truck paid a visit to the white truck's house. But he didn't expect that a lot of "friends" were waiting for him... So he left in a hurry. ;-)

          And about Fred's. Good move.
Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

Don't know where you read that Lee, but from everything I could find the basic story is the guys are two long time rivals and were having and argument, decided to take it to the track and the Blazer just went nuts on the Jeep because he could.

From the other videos it looks like these races are a 1 lap death-match where rough play is fair game. I am guessng that there was a cash award for the winner and the SRT8 guy was betting on out-accelerating everything in sight to avoid contact. I would love to know what is really going on with those races though, seems like the perfect event for our instant gratification society :P

BTW, bold move by Blazer-dude, dick move, but a bold move.
