Had their burger yesterday. Its great, but I don't like the fact that the burger just breaks up in your hand once you get to the 1/2 way point.

    In-n-Out still dominates

Oh man, I loved 5-guys. It all started in Virginia (where i'm from) and i'm sad/happy to see it grow. It used to be this hole in the wall burger place off of backlick road in springfield VA. the ceiling tiles were cruddy and it peanuts littered the floor. It was always packed. It has won numerous zagat and local food reviews and is ranked best burger in the Wash. D.C. area.

I'm waiting for them to spread out in socal. There's 2 in LA apparently, they're complete opposite of In-N-Out but they're both just as good. In-N-Out still wins in taste though.

There is one about 15 minutes away but its on a navy base. I don't think they will let me in just to get a burger. I don't want to drive 2 hours either.

I love how this thread started out being anti five guys.

I think that five guys has the best burgers in my area. If its too much food just remember that the regular burger is a double and a little burger is a single. I love how they put a little styrofoam cup in the bag that is supposed to be for fries but there are enough fries in your bag to fill three cups.

Five guys is actually healthier than many burger joints because five guys doesnt have transfat. Just a hell of a lot of natural fat.
West German BMWs, they just don't make the same as they did before the wall fell.
^Case in point: Auto-Repair Technology. Everytime my car isn't starting or acting up I let it sit, sometimes for an hour, sometimes for days. But it eventually fixes itself.
