This exhibition was extremely controversial when it started about 5 years ago in Germany. Everyone realized these are real corpse. Right? So, basically, the controverse was that it was a profanity to exhibit dead corpse.
Seen it twice. Pretty obscene to be in the James bond series. It's incredibly informative and interesting. The anatomy lesson on from the meat slicer was my favorite.
There are a few different groups touring the world with this style exhibit. IIRC, one of thew main ones biggest issues was that they were using the corpses of killed Chinese prisoners.

yes those are real corpse. my uncle was also picked up from him company after his death.

I saw it in Atlanta when I was visiting my sister. It was really interesting but pretty intense to imagine that they were once alive. I am not very comfortable around dead bodes though. Open caskets are not my thing.
