I agree that it was designed by people who love cars. But it was realized by people who bastardize good designs as far as they think the public will accept while still charging a juicy price, and built by overpaid drones with an over-developed sense of entitlement. Some awesome designs come out of the US car brands. Like the Fiero, what a wicked design! On paper, it could have been an Elise. But as it made its way from the engineers to the production line, all that was left was a mid engined shitbox.
