Alice is back in "Evil afterlife"

Endless sequels didn't work too well in term of quality for Rambo, but made George Lucas pretty rich with his Star Wars serie while maintaining a good level of quality. Now comes Resident Evil's sequel called "Evil afterlife" which markets itself on computer wizardery. I don't know if the scenario will help CGI hold together. Cross our fingers.

Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

It's got Milla, Ali Larter and it's Resident Evil, I'll go see however many of them they churn out. My favorite video game series ever.

And that was a seriously badass remix of "The Outsider" by A Perfect Circle.

It looks like they may have used J. Cameron's 3D cameras, but they sure took the W Brothers Matrix Trilogy a bit far, in that trailer at least...

Eh, you can only coreograph fight sequences so many ways.

I trully like Ali and Mila. I wonder if there still is "resident Evil" substance in that sequel as it feels like Matrix. Maybe a lesbian sex scene... ;-) Hmmm... Mila on top of Ali.

Yeah, the flying glasses, and the falling out window whilst emptying a magazine is played out too. And the rain... And...

Then there's "Splice" which reminds me of strong scenes "Alien" and "Species".
                Still awaiting for something original.

The only movie this year that looks worth the price of a movie ticket is Inception.

Yeah, but Splice doesn't have Natasha Henstridge running around topless or completely nude for half the flick.

UGH. Resurrection was the biggest travesty in that series of movies. And the shitty thing, is it was INCREDIBLE until the mutant hybrid alien showed up. I don't know how many of you are familiar with Jean-Pierre Jeunet, he's a French director (City of Lost Children, Delicatessen, Amelie), and he uses a personal ensemble cast in all of his films, whom he used again in Alien Resurrection. They were great, the story was awesome, the effects were fucking killer, and then they bring out the inbred human/alien hybrid and kill the whole fucking thing. Pisses me off just thinking about it.

I almost knew I'd get this reaction Josh. It's almost like I baited you. And, I agree completely.

Looks good, looks like they took some of the monsters and zombies straight form RE-5 and put them in the film. cool.
