have you looked for it on a federal level without going through SS.

i wasn't trying to belittle your problems. i spent 8 months in 2 hospitals, as the result of a OTJ burn injury. 3rd degree burns, skin grafts, 9+ corrective surgeries, perminately fucked up wrists as a result of diving on the ground on fire to put it out. i have at least 4 more new surgeriesss in the next few months. canlt do repeditive work because of my wrists.

i have talked to a few SSD lawyers and they have all told me that since i did not curl up and accept it, and stay fucked up, i don't have very good odds of collecting SSD. it sure would make life a lot easier for me if i could.

I am only going for what is called a "closed period." Since I work right now, I am not going to be collecting the monthly check. This is ONLY for the time that I was not working from 2005 to 2008.
