R3v workout people: Does anyone use ShakeWeight?

I was watching TV last night and a commercial for ShakeWeight for Men came on. Has anyone bought one of these? If so, have you found it effective exercise?

Nope She watches that crap though and all kinds of other stupid movies on there (there was 1 from last week with a FUCKING HOT ASS RED HEAD in though) but thats why we have more than 1 TV
