    Quad owners

I'm looking at a 2001 Kawasaki Prairie 4x4 for my Dad. The seller claims that the quad is mint, everything works and needs nothing. I believe that it has about 400 hours on it. What would be a fair price? He is asking $2395.

    Thanks,

I'd say $2000 would be an ok price. What will he be using it for?

Big Prairie or Little Prairie? Have a 650 that gets mixed use & about 200 hrs on it. Not much goes wrong with them but the factory jetting is terrible & the plastics are not up to Yamaha/Honda quality. I still love the blend of sport & utility. It'll plow & tow anything & still keeps up with the sport quads on the trails (and sometimes the track). They don't like triples but do just dandy on the tabletops.
