if anyone has illustrator cs4, can you convert a eps file to be cs3 compatible? i just need 1 file converted.

Do you know if photoshop cs5 will do it? If no one else can I'll reinstall Ai CS4 and do it. I have the cs4 suite, just not installed. . .

not sure... i can open it with pshop cs3, but then i can't remove the background. not sure if pshop cs5 will give you the layers correctly, to allow the background to be removed. it might need to be illustrator. anyone know?
