Denver Great American Beer Festival, Sept 16-18

Oskar's brewery is actually in Longmont, about 15 min from my house. They have a couple restaurants though, one of which is in Lyons (also 15 min from my house)

Surprisingly enough I haven't tried their beer yet. I've had tons of Odell (90 Shilling Ale is the shit!), New Belgium, Boulder Beer, Mountain Sun, but not Oskar yet. I think that might be this friday's beer tho.

Try old chub. I always keep a few in the fridge, good stuff. Also make your way down to golden city brewery and try the lookout stout.

I'm more into wine anyway. Chianti in particular.

Unless there is a football game (yeah - you call it soccer) or some meeting with friends. Then beer somehow... works?
