iTunes & iTouch help

Well my PC got all jacked up so I had to reinstall windows and it erased my iTunes library (I knew it was going to). I was wondering if there's a way to transfer the songs on my iTouch to my iTunes?

I've searched and found a few programs for like $30. Is there any other options or am I just shit out luck?

try the apple customer service line.........long wait on the phone!
i had a 3 terabite HD installed in my PC and the asshole deleted/lost my iTUNES library of 8500+ songs. it took me MONTHS to rip all of my CDs into it!

the guy at Apple Customer support emailed me links to "unofficial" web sites that had free programs to pull everything off your iPOD, burn it on to DVD and then reinstall it back into iTUNES.

a mere 8.5K songs? im only at 14K and the damn thing feels small too.

heres some actual input to the thread though.

connect your ipod to the computer on HD mode, (im not sure how to do this with an itouch,
but im sure its not that hard)

search through the 'hidden' folders, start dragging and dropping the music files into your
music library.

best way around this, is the general rule of thumb for digital information.

KEEP DOUBLES.

digital information does not exists, unless it exists in two different locations at minimum.

HELL. if that is an easier way to get the info back from my ipod to the PC in itunes, i am all over it!

i never got around to transfering the info around, so i have been hoping that it did not take a shit before i did something.

haha sorry if I offended you, I said it like that just incase he started doing it that way before I got my post in. Its much easier that way if you ever need it. Simple one click step. You have a more secure way of doing things, because you have to make sure you ipod dont sync to your itunes otherwise it will erase from your ipod before you can get the songs back out.. LOL.

Well I went ahead and tried it real quick and I seem to have a problem with it. It doesn't recognize my iTouch when I plug it in. I tried to removed and redownload the program but it's still doing it.

DAMNIT!
