    Any boxing fans?

Boxing is my one true love, I have been around it all my life, watch it every chance I get. I use to compete in amatuer boxing and the feeling you get before your first match cannot compare to anything in the world. With all the older members on here, I figured someone is as much a boxing fan as I.

Here are some great boxing videos, watch them they're amazing!

    Muhammad Ali Tribute

Cotto vs. Pacquiao build up and highlights

This guy makes great videos, but they took his channel down since he was using HBO footage.

Fuck! I love boxing I'm sad that rolling around on the ground and twisting someones arm is dominating over it. It will rise again!

It's only getting big in the U.S. It's huge in Europe and Asia. Actually, everywhere else but the U.S. It still sells waaaaaaayyyy more than UFC even in the U.S.

Never understood the craze behind UFC.

Boxing ehhhh, I am not big on watching 2 sweaty ethnics/minorities beat the fuck outta one another. Unless there is a good reason, Like Guy in the red shorts fucked guy in the white shorts, sister in the ass and posted the video on facetube or something

I like boxing and try to follow some of it. I grew up in Youngstown, OH where boxing has a long history. I used to watch fights with my grandpa all the time when I was a kid. Our local guy Kelly Pavlik lost his middleweight title to Sergio Martinez a few months ago. He's got a fight lined up against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in Dallas Cowboys Stadium this fall. I don't know how he's going to get back down to 160 again, it was a miracle that he made weight for the Martinez fight.

Used to be a huge boxing fan, but it seems you can't get decent boxing on HBO/Showtime etc anymore, only PPV.

Ward v. Gatti (1st fight) has to be one of the most epic matches ever. Not only was it an absolutely BRUTAL slugfest, the guys were class acts when it was over.

I like Pavlik but he has issues with training from what I've heard. Sergio Martinez is a fantastix boxer for his age, he has great movement and fights like if he was in his early twenties!

As for Pavlik fighting JCC jr., eh Pavlik has the edge in experience and is the bigger man but JCC jr.'s promotor wouldn't put his money making fighters against someone of that caliber without having a good chance of winning.

They're not all minorities, and theres two aspects to boxing. The actual fighting or brawling, and the art of it. It takes a lifetime to master the art.

I just got back from a 5-mile run a couple minutes ago and the day before I ran 8! I'm trying to get back in shape to box again, this time in the L.A. area! I'm nervous but excited since I'm kind of old for boxing now at 21.
