First - look for the "=" equal sign. See it? Now, see the code that follows it? It's not the rest of the URL - just until the & character. Sometime it will just be =code and that's it. Other times there will be a bunch of junk after. Just crab the code between. In this case it's 6c-bGVt3Pp8.

You may need to hit the "go advanced" button so that you'll see the button. Click that. It will insert some code into your post like this:

Now just take the code that we found before and copy and past it into the youtube tags like this:
