It has been 11 days since it was cashed. My Brother contacted the bank and they said it was cashed the 19th.

So from what I was told by the seller(phone call made by me) That it was packaged and ready to ship out since his cabby was already sold. He said it would be out the door as soon as the bank cleared it. That was 11 days ago that it was cash in his account.

It does not take 11 days to get to me by ANY shipping Co. My parents and my family drove straight to Utah in three days from NY. CA is like 6 hours away, so I am sure the package would have been here by now even if he was taking his sweet time sending it out.

I truthfully understand your concern but, give it two weeks at least man. People get busy, shit happens. I once totally spaced about sending these fog lights out to this guy for like 3 weeks. I have to say though, sending a check was the first no no. Who knows, this guy might be totally dicking you.

Well, he has had 12 days now with the cashed check. Or 17 total with check in hand but clearing at the bank. I could careless if he would just answer back to the calls or PMs.

I was just looking for advice on the matter. I am sure LOTS of other guys on here have been ripped, I am quite sure I have been. hope 900.00 makes him happy if he did jack me.

My family drove to Utah in three days while stopping for a night in a hotel. So what I was doing was showing you an example of how he has had more than enough time to get it here.

We drove back in 38 hours with two drivers. I am sure UPS or any other would be around 3-4 days to reach me.(loading and unloading, scanning and sorting)

So let me break it down for you:

He has had 17 days total of having the money. 5 days for the bank to clear it, then that leaves 11 days for him to ship. From what he told me the last time we talked was this: "the lady at the bank said it would take 5 days to clear, I have the kit boxed and ready to ship as soon as it clears". So even if he took his sweet time of over a week it STILL would be here days ago.

If it gets here r3v will be told. I will remove everything I said and clear him. I would LOVE to do that... but I don't think it will be happening.

I know, I told my brother that. He still thought he could trust him. I only send checks to members if they are on here with no life...*cough* Blunt *cough*
