does anyone on here work for Verizon? need help!

i have an LG ENV and it is a total piece of shit! i just ordered 16th! warrenty replacement phone. it kind of works some times completely, most of the time something is not working completely.

i have been dealing with this shit for over a year, it is doing weird shit again right now and i went to get a replacement phone and they were out. so i am out of a completely working phone until tuesday. they said at the store they can't credit my account for the lack of a working phone only customer service can.

what department do i talk to get shit DONE? is there a customer retension department? i want some free shit for all of this year of bull shit. i am willing to be a PMSing bitch to get shit done. i want some free shit damit!

any suggestions?

I watched a guy with a blackberry storm 1 in line in front of me get a replacement phone, the same model, in store, and after they handed it to him he asked if they were done with the transaction, they said yes, and he slammed the new phone they had just given him into the wall. The manager then came out after he continued yelling about his POS bb storm, and they proceeded to give him a free HTC eris. And a bag full of all the accessories. Free.

Same thing happened to me... kind of.

My ATT Samsung Propel was all gready and yucky so I spritzed it with rubbing alcohol... well a little too much. I broke my phone and we sent it in for a warranty claim, but since the water sticker thing indicated it had gotten wet (barely). So they sent it back to me. My Mom bitched on the phone, like she is good at, and since she had been a customer for nine years they sent me a new phone free of charge. Yay me :)
