    Mexi/Canadian Coke in LA?

    After reading the thread on throwback pepsi/mountain dew, does anyone know where to find Mexican/Canadian Coke made with real sugar in L.A?

    I live in Canada, so my sweet tooth is fine, but my Uncle who lives in Manhattan Beach goes NUTS for Canadian Coke. I have to ship him some every so often because he hates the HFCS so much.

    Anyways, this is a super late night post... I'm tired as shit...

    LA as in Los Angles. or LA as in Louisiana???

    Either way its easily found in Mexican markets and some times in the mexican isle in your average grocery. I know sams club and costco have been carrying it as of late in most of their stores.

        I mean you can buy it at taco trucks and grocery stores and gas stations here. Sometimes even resides in those old school glass slideback freezers that face the ceiling. Heritage :)

            What do they use in domestic variety Coke? HFCS? I don't drink soda enough anymore to notice the difference. There is a taste difference in Fanta between the US and Europe though.

            Most likely it's the same thing.

              Don't think its very hard to find it in L.A. The orange fanta in the glass bottles are awesome too. Otherwise CostPlus or Costco, go to the ones with the right demographics.

                I got a coke in the glass bottle abotu a month back at a gas station in rural nowhere and the ingredients said it had sugar in it. tasted way better than HFCS coke. last i saw you could get 6 packs of the glass bottled coke at the supermarkets, but ive never checked if that is HFCS coke or sugar coke. is all glass bottled coke canada/mex coke?

                  yes if its in a glass bottle its mexi coke and is all sugar NOT HFCS

                      Not all glass bottles are made with sugar only. Only the big ones 12 oz. or so, the small like 8 inch bottles that comes in 6packs is just regular coke in glass bottles.
