Lawl. I pulled it hefting a gun safe. I don't sit in front of the computer, the computer sits in front of me.

Honestly, I don't know. I just work in a chiropractor's office, but I'm not qualified to give out advice. Your range of motion has probably been compromised, but with some easy exercises you can probably recover within a few days.

not sure this is the answer you want or how relavant in may be to your issue. I use to have carpel tunnel (actually due to sleeping) and other aches and pains associated with just getting older (im 37).

begining of October last year I decided to start working out and for the first time in my life joined a gym. I did all crossfit training and did a sensible diet, In 6 weeks I went from 208 to 184, my standing heart rate went from 68-74 down to 48-52. Most importantly all the aches and pains as well as the carpal tunnel were gone.

one hour a day 3-4 times a week plus a little attention to what you eat will change your life. The crossfit training is only about 30 minutes plus 15 minutes of stretching before and after. Not to mention cheaper than a chiropractor, better then any medications, and you will sleep better,

I've dealt with a sciatic nerve before, one word acupuncture.
