wierd lightning bolt thing when logging on

Hey I know it's gonna sound funny but I just want to make sure it's not happening to anyone else before I assume my computer has a virus or something. When I logged onto r3v today after I logged in for like 1 second a dark black and white animation of a lightning bolt appeared, an animation of a real lightning bolt not like some cartoon one. Also I think I saw it one more time as I was navigating through the forum except the second time it was for a small fraction of a second not a whole second, but I could tell it was the same picture due to the color scheme. Don't know wtf is going on lol.

Pretty sure this isn't something normal, but just wanted to be sure. Thanks in advance for confirming!
