One thing they missed in the annoying things non-enthusiasts say was when girls try and criticize your car in general. Yes, I know my car looks like a piece of shit, and you'd rather your automatic sentra over my 170whp M50'd E30 with coilovers, swaybars, E36 rack, all new suspension and Azenis. Shut the fuck up.

Not too long ago some girl told me she learned that if a guy's a car guy, you don't criticize his car. You just don't go there. Probably the smartest thing I've heard her say, and she's a pretty smart girl.

you know she's a keeper after mentioning that or just keeping it shut. Most of my girl friends by now just send me pictures of nice e30's they see on the road. They can even tell what mtech 2 kits are like.
