    Wheeler Dealers

Who else watches? It's just about the only car program I watch, since we don't get BBC anymore. Haven't seen any TG since the beginning of season 13. Those guys have some of the best jobs in the world.

I have 40 episodes recorded on my DVR and have been watching them all just waiting for the damn touring one to pop up again. The show is pretty cool and you have to live all the cars they do. Golfs, E30, lancia delta, all kinds of shit. I dont watch it on BBC though its on HDTheater which is like a Discovery Channel offshoot.

they do a good job of oem-plus-ing some neat cars, but the host annoys me a bit. i'll watch it over most garbage on tv these days.

That show is really good. I watch it quite a bit. They (The Host and Mechanic dude) have another show now called Auto Trader. Check it out on HDtheatre.

I had the autotrader recording for a while but i like this one better. I agree though sometimes I have to fast forward to the mechanic but I think its just the host tries to make it interesting to not car people.

I saw the e30 touring one yesterday and enjoyed it...some of the other ones are questionable, but largely the show is good IMO!

Mike is an idiot douchebag. He invests 2k or so into a car and flips it for a whopping 2350 quid! really leaves a lot of room for ed to put food on his table

well uh, he doesn't really care. they're all under the bank roll of discovery, why would you care if you were already making hundreds of thousands every year?

The show is about buying and selling cars, he should be good at doing it.
The thing that bugs me about the show is that it's kind of the shady used car dealer thing to do, buy a shitty car and half ass fix it up so that most people can't tell it's shitty then convince someone to buy it.

^ well I mean, they fix them up nicely, and don't cheap out on parts. And they never buy cars that are too far gone...and if that doesn't do it, they sell em to guys for almost the price they spend on them. pretty honest to me?

Anybody get why Ant always wears these big flood boots? Looks like he just left the pig pen on the farm. I don't think the W/D garage keeps a steady 10 inches of pooling water on the floor. Not that I've seen. Do any of you wear these when wrenching on the E30? Is this a new thing?
