Because its these dumb punk kids, you kniw th e sort, the ones with the sagging jeans/shorts, and backwards hats that go heh-heh-heh after every sentence of slang English and gettho speak, and travel in packs of 3-6 that find joy in fucking with shit that isnt theirs, if someone has something nicer than what they will ever have, they feel the need to fuck with it. like keying cars, spitting in open top sports cars, slashing tires, that sort of thing. these kids have no aspirations in life, so they just ruin other peoples things that they have worked their ass off for. putting them in jail does nothing for them, because when they get out they become gangbangers and thieves, knock up muiple young girls, and then abandon them to raise the kinds on their own. these type of people do nothign to benefit society, they just set out to ruin it for the rest of us, thats all.
