Is this going to be a normal thing with verizon?

I have not had a single dropped call on Verizon, and I get service everywhere..

AT&T wishes they had that.

Had Verizon for 8 years with the same experience. I live in the middle of Knoxville, TN and all my friends with AT&T hardly get service in my front yard.

Each carrier has their own issues from time to time but technology wise CDMA > GSM overall.

Its just a samsung convoy. I called my wife. an hour later I called her back and nothing. THe whole time the phone was sitting on the bed.

I have a droid X as well and have had no service problems.

Normal with Verizon is that they forget that your plan includes minutes. Then it literally takes months to sort out their billing error.

I was billed in Spanish for 4 months before they finally fixed it.
