Sometimes I think girls go lez out of lack of caring about their appearance/personal hygiene. At least gay men are considered more stylish than their hetero counterparts and are still found attractive by the opposite sex.

This cannot be said for some/most lesbians. I just saw one walk past the shop and nearly had to shout europe at the sink due to her looks/demeanor.

I'm certainly not. But I have noticed that there are two fairly distinct types of lesbians, lipstick and dykes, and generally they don't mix. I know I've never seen a dyke with a lipstick.

As far as the dykes that I know, I would not say at all that they don't care about their hygeine. Don't know where you got that. As far as there appearance goes . . . they just find a different look appealing I guess. I don't get it, but then I'm not a dyke.
