Apparently when I was wasted in Vegas and ordered a pizza from room service, I thought Artichoke hearts/goat cheese/pepperoni sounded good. It tasted good when I was drunk, when I woke up the next morning I was disgusted.

also, not a wierd combo, but try this out one day.

Toss a bag of regular nacho cheese doritos in the freezer and then try them. Taste so much better for some reason.

Another goodie I learned from a hired chef at a BMW meet in Milwaukee. Topping sauce for a burger:

mix equal parts of apricot jam and grey poupon Dijon mustard
verrrry yummy combo
