Just for scabzzz, or how I can't seem to get away from Bronzit!

I played the drums from 3rd grade until I left for college in 2000. Been wanting to get another set for quite awhile, so I decided to go ahead and do it.

Just a little entry level Tama Imperialstar with the shitty cymbals. Picked it up locally for $250 in barely used condition.

Plan is for new Evans heads (batter and resonant sides), find a deal on decent double bass pedal and get a decent set of cymbals. Also looking at getting the smaller floor tom from the series so I can make it a 6 piece.

I've already been putting in about 2-3 hours a night this week, so I figure within 4-6 months I'll be back where I was before I quit.

In other words, ready to find some guys to gig with.

I did the same thing. Played from 6th grade through high school and quit in college. Got to do some pretty big gigs, like play at the kennedy center in Wash D.C.

This is my Pearl SRX Session Custom, which I still own.

As long as he price matches I'll give him my business.

5spoke, nice kit! I'm wanting to get a rack setup as well.
