The second night I have my car up at school, I forget to lock it and I was inside my apartment for one hour. I come back out and I see that someone ripped my headunit and iPod wire out. They also stole my whole ashtray/coin slot thing. So now I have two gaping holes in my dash. I literally lock my car every SINGLE time except for this one instance.

last winter i had somebody bust into my winter beater to steal two bottles of fiji water and one work glove... Cost me $250 in damages plus them assholes stole my fiji!

Yeah I had a mazda that had manual locks so I just left it open for thieves. Our cars used to get broken into all the time, so I just never left anything in it. I figured they could open the door and and realize there's nothing worth taking instead of busting out a window and determining the same thing.

I did however have some hobo rifle through my glove box and throw all my papers on the ground. He/She did steal a 3 day old half drank gatoraid and a can of axe body spray.
