And also, the "authentic" argument doesn't bother me. I've had authentic, in socal i live in a town thats 70% hispanic, and there are dozens of restaraunts that are as authentic as it gets north of the border. Taco Bell is still fine by me, quick, cheap, and just dont try to think of it as mexican.

Of course it isn't authetic mexican. Taco Bell isn't mexican but doesn't everyone know that? Go for cheap food that isn't a burger.

Dunno. I enjoy it from time to time. If chosing there are sit down more authentic places that I like better but sometimes I want a couple items from Taco Bell.

I add "Volcano" sauce to everything. Then 1 packet of hot and 1 packer of fire. I love it. Two new choices. What shall I do?

go green, lots of it. Verde doesnt pack a lot of heat, but it's good

Had them both tonight. Tried them in a few combinations. I like both of them. Verde more than the fire roasted. Cool to have 5 options plus Volcano sauce.

Verde tastes like water, xanthan gum, and dried coriander flakes.

Ok, I saw this too last week.

                            My Thoughts
The Verde sauce is actually really tasty. They used to have this green in the same flavor and texture a few years ago, and it came in like a salad dressing type/size packet. I fucking miss it.

The other one, meh. It takes like a mexican asshole after anal rape with a half burned log stick. Was not impressed.

My current and long standing sauce of choice for dipping at Taco Bell is still the baja sauce with fire sauce added to it. It creates a delicious, yet zingy and creamy addition to any burrito or taco they sell. Its pretty much perfect. Now if they could just add fried/breaded cod tacos, use the corn tortillas from their old promotional carne asada shit tacos, and toss some corn in it for a low price, a fucking revolution would be started.....

I think I'll eat Taco Bell today for lunch. Thanks Stephen, sounds delicious :)
